- Can I request a child seat?
- Please request one before booking and provide your child’s age and size. Child seats are provided free of charge when requested in advance. Include all children in the passenger count.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Send your flight number when booking and contact us if your travel plans change. Your confirmation will explain the waiting allowance and how any additional waiting or rescheduling is handled.
- Can you take me to my chalet or hotel?
- Provide the full accommodation address for planning. We will confirm the drop-off arrangements; local access restrictions or road conditions may affect the final meeting or stopping point.
- Can I book a return transfer to Milan?
