Please list suitcases, skis, snowboards and pushchairs when requesting a quote. Seven passengers with several ski bags may need a different arrangement from seven passengers with light luggage. Child seats must be requested in advance, with each child’s age and size.

- This page is for private transfers. Your vehicle is reserved for your party, with the itinerary agreed when you book. If you need additional pickups or stops, include them in your quote request.
- Can I bring skis and snowboards?
- Yes, subject to the capacity of the vehicle confirmed for your booking. Declare the number and size of ski or snowboard bags, alongside your other luggage, so we can check that everything fits.
- Can I request a child seat?
- Please request one before booking and provide your child’s age and size. We will confirm the available seat arrangement. Include all children in the passenger count.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Send your flight number when booking and contact us if your travel plans change. Your confirmation will explain the waiting allowance and how any additional waiting or rescheduling is handled.
- Can you take me to my chalet or hotel?
- Provide the full accommodation address for planning. We will confirm the drop-off arrangements; local access restrictions or road conditions may affect the final meeting or stopping point.
- Can I book a return transfer to Milan?
- Yes, you can request both directions together. For the return journey, send the airport, flight departure time, passenger count and resort pickup address. We will review the proposed collection time with you.
