No data storage
No customer database is hosted on our servers. Booking requests are sent directly via WhatsApp. However, when you use the floating WhatsApp button or the request form, your name or email may be transmitted by secure email to our team (contact@transfert-prime.com) to process your request. This data is kept for a maximum of 12 months in the manager's mailbox, then deleted.
Bookings via WhatsApp
When you make a booking request, your information is sent via WhatsApp. The processing of this data is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) privacy policy. We use this information solely to respond to your transport request.
Geolocation
If you use the "My location" feature, your location is only used to automatically fill in the pickup address. This data is neither stored nor transmitted to third parties - it stays on your device.
